Mister Heavenly — the Sub Pop band which features members of Modest Mouse, Man Man and The Unicorns — a group that perhaps is best known not for being a supergroup but rather for having Michael Cera as its touring bassist, released its first recorded music today in the form of a free download.

The band briefly toured with Passion Pit last year and is expected to release a record this year. No release date or title for the record has been announced. The band is scheduled to perform in Chicago tonight and New York Sunday with Scott Pilgrim Cera on bass.
