Tay Sean (Swan Coltrane) of Helladope and TH (Thadwick Tristen Trevor III) from State of the Artist teamed up for a new project called Helluvastate and released their first single, “Make Moves,” earlier this week.
Helladope and State of the Artist are responsible for two of my favorite local albums of 2010 and I’m very excited to hear more material from the group. The pair will be rocking a show Thursday night at the High Dive and if “Make Moves” is any indication of what the rest of their collaboration sounds like it should be a pretty slammi’n set.
