Sasquatch! is sold out

I hope you purchased your Sasquatch! tickets because as of about 3:30 p.m. yesterday the festival is sold out of all of its 100,000 tickets.

Sales of Sasquatch! tickets have been on a steady rise for the past several months.

Tickets went on sale in the form of four-day passes back in November when all that was known about the lineup was that the Foo Fighetrs are headlining the festival’s first day. The full lineup — which features Modest Mouse, Death Cab for Cutie, the Flaming Lips, Wilco and about 80 other bands — was announced Feb. 6 and likely caused a spike in ticket sales. Monday a limited number of single-day passes went on sale and single-day tickets for the first three days almost instantly sold out.

News of the festival’s sell out shouldn’t be a surprise since last year’s festival sold out a few months in advance. And please don’t complain if you didn’t get your Sasquatch! tickets because, well, you were warned.
