The men of Viper Creek Club are shooting a music video this weekend and they would like you to be a part of the fun.
The video will be for “Soft Spots in the Dark,” which is the song above, and the filming will be happening Saturday (Feb. 26) and Monday (Feb. 28). The group is looking for extras to be in the video at the following locations at the following times:
Saturday, 2/26
7 a.m. – 11 a.m. Victrola Coffee (411 15th Ave E)
11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Sonic Boom (1525 Melrose Ave)
Monday, 2/28
7 p.m. – 11 p.m. Fado Irish Pub (801 1st Ave)
UPDATE: I just got an email from VCC’s Mat Wisner who explained a bit of the video’s storyline. Here’s what he had to say:
“The video in a nutshell is a relationship on the rocks set in our beautiful city (hence location shots at sonic boom, victrola, etc). Mirroring the song, each person is kind of looking to get out of the relationship because they feel misunderstood.”
Wisner said this all leads up to a happy ending with a twist
