Watch: Hobosexual goes acoustic

Hobosexual – Sonata for the Working Man @ The Tiger Lounge 2.25.11 from Amelia Gydé on Vimeo.

It’s no secret that we here at Guerrilla Candy are fans of Hobosexual. They rocked the Guerrilla Candy launch party, create and sell their own action figures and are all-around cool dudes who play some bone-tinglingly good rock ‘n’ roll.

Friday night the Hobos performed at the Tiger Lounge and to open the set Hobo guitarist and vocalist Ben Harwood went acoustic with the instrumental “Sonata for the Working Man” off their self-titled debut. Not only is the song a catchy little ditty, it also showcases a bit of Harwood’s versatility as a guitarist considering the rest of the Hobosexual catalog is heavier, louder and much, much more rocking than this song.
