Watch: Eddie Vedder ‘You’re True’

The video for the first single from Eddie Vedder’s upcoming second solo album surfaced on YouTube last night.

The clip is for the track “You’re True,” a song Vedder has been performing off and on since 2002. Vedder’s solo record is expected to be released in June and is rumored to be followed by a  tour. Few details are known about the album other than Vedder mentioning during a solo show in Australia that it will feature ukulele. UPDATE: Vedder’s solo record, Ukulele Songs, will be released May 31.

Vedder’s solo work is part of a busy year for Pearl Jam. As previously reported the band is celebrating its 20th anniversary and has plans to release a new album, curate and perform at its own destination festival, release a documentary directed by Cameron Crowe that will detail the its history, release a book about its history as a companion piece to the film and is reissuing its records Vs and Vitalogy.
