Hobosexual to rock the Showbox for free

Guerrilla Candy’s pals in Hobosexual will be rocking the Showbox at the Market on May 29 and the best part of the show is that it’s free.

The Hobos are opening for UK sensations Biffy Clyro, a band that was named best live act by the NME, beating out Arcade Fire and a bunch of other big-name rock groups but they didn’t make too big of an impression on Guerrilla Candy’s Heather Brammer the last time they were in town. Prior to playing at the Showbox Biffy Clyro will play the main stage at Sasquatch! on May 27.

Sharing the bill with Biffy and the Hobos is another Guerrilla Candy favorite — Hounds of the Wild Hunt. Both Hobosxual and Hounds of the Wild Hunt rocked Guerrilla Candy’s launch party at the High Dive back in February and we here at Guerrilla Candy are extremely thrilled that both will be playing one of the city’s biggest clubs and are very happy for their success. Here’s to hoping the Brits in Biffy Clyro don’t mind being upstaged by the hometown bands.
