Way back at Sasquatch! 2011 myself and Guerrilla Candy scribe Brent Stecker had the times of our lives dancing on stage costumed as characters from The Wizard of Oz while The Flaming Lips performed songs from The Soft Bulletin.
It is difficult to properly express what that experience was like with written words (though Brent and I both tried to do so in separate posts) but since they say a picture is worth a thousand words here is a photo gallery of Brent and I getting our dance on earlier this year.
The Flaming Lips perform at the Puyallup Fair with openers Les Butcherettes at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Tickets range from $20 to $50 and can be purchased here.
