The Melvins, aka the heaviest band to ever hail from Montesano, Wash., will release a new record later this year. The album, titled Freak Puke, is slated for release on Ipecac Records June 5.
According to one source, the record will be released as Melvins Lite which is a modified version of the Melvins that includes King Buzzo, Dale Crover and Trevor Dunn of Tomahawk and Mr Bungle.
