Three-disc Mad Season deluxe reissue coming in April

The last time we checked in on the reissue of Mad Season’s Above was back during Block Party when former Mad Season drummer and Walking Papers skinsman Barrett Martin revealed Mark Lanegan will be contributing vocals to a few unreleased songs that were written for Layne Staley.

Now we know the record will be reissued as a deluxe version which will feature two CDs and one DVD. The DVD will feature the band’s concert at the Moore Theatre. The deluxe edition of the album will be released April 16 and is available for pre-order for $24.99.
