Yesterday I posted a few new videos from some of my favorite local artists, watch them here if you haven’t already.

Today, two more excellent videos from two of my favs landed in my inbox and I couldn’t resist sharing.

The first video comes from my friend, and local hip-hop scene stalwart, RA Scion. He’ll be releasing his solo debut Adding to the Extra (remember, Victor Shade was an alter ego and not an official solo record) next week. The video shows RA in a more relaxed mode, as opposed to his typical somewhat intense rhyme-slinger mode, as he travels through Seattle, stops at the Crocodile and hangs out with a pretty ballerina outside of McCaw Hall. I’ll have more words about RA’s new record soon, but for now enjoy the clip for “Guttersnipe Bridge.”

The other video comes from Seattle’s favorite soul singer Allen Stone (sorry, Pickwick gang). The video for “Celebrate Tonight” debuted on Rollingstone.com yesterday and it shows the happiness that ensues when Stone and his crew perform at a senior center. Allen Stone doesn’t have any local gigs lined up in the near future, but he will be at Coachella and Bonnaroo so if you’re headed out to either of those major festivals be sure to check him out.
