Don’t miss Ayron Jones in a very intimate environment

Here at Guerrilla Candy we love to support and promote local music. We also love to support and promote our friends. Sometimes those two things overlap and when they do it’s always awesome.

On Aug. 6 that awesome overlapping of friends and local music will happen when our hilarious pals at The Sibling Rivalry podcast host their third annual listener party at Naked City Brewery & Taphouse. And since the party is going down at a brewery, of course there’s going to be a choice selection of beer on tap as well as a very special, limited batch of The Sibling Rivalry branded beer on tap and cask. That’s right, the podcast has its own beer. How cool is that?

Along with a special brew and the funny folks from The Sibling Rivalry being on hand, the party will also feature door prizes and giveaways as well as an intimate set by local guitar phenom (and Sir Mix A Lot approved artist) Ayron Jones. It’ll be an intimate set because the showroom at Naked City fits roughly 70 people and Ayron Jones is a critical darling who many think will be the next big artist to break out of Seattle, so don’t hesitate on getting your tickets to the party. If you aren’t already sold, you can get more details on the event over here. The fun begins at 8:00 and tickets for the show cost $9 advance, or $10 at the door and can be purchased over here.

Since Aug. 6 is a few weeks away, kill time by brushing up on episodes of The Sibling Rivalry. I recommend starting by listening to the episode titled “Frisbee Bitches” which features Ayron Jones.
