Tomorrow: Parachute’s ‘Meant To Be’ tour rolls into El Corazón

I know where all the girls will be Wednesday night, which means I know where all the guys will be. This tour is easy on the eyes as girls will surely be swooning throughout the night to Poppy love songs, swaying with cell phones held high with their best girls.

This tour is chock-full of Radio-ready, Pop tune hits just waiting to be snatched up by some big National Branding Campaign that will then turn it into the next big media earworm that we can’t get out of our head. Prepare for some ‘shake it off’ as the ladies will surely be front and center and shimmying all night long.

Parachute are the triple threat that Record Labels love. They’re handsome, talented, and young. Every guy wants to be them and every girl wants to be with them. Check out this sexy, flirty video of “Can’t Help” and you’ll quit taking the stairs for your health and make a beeline to the next elevator.

Matt Wertz gives a nod to his Nashville residence with melodies that are fluid and fresh and not overly produced allowing his songs to breathe and just settle in. He’s smooth with buttery tones and you’ll find other subtle musical influences in his songs. He’ll make you want to grab a Sweet Tea and pull up a rocker on a front porch as the rest of the world hurries by.

Mikey Wax will bring his New York state of mind to the Northwest with poppy songs of found love, love lost and relation woe. Think Sex in The City meets Sleepless in Seattle for his songs are cinematic in nature and you might find yourself daydreaming about your next love being just around the corner. Watch for the exclusive interview this week that I did with Mikey as he was preparing to join Parachute’s “Meant To Be” tour. I’ll dig into where he pulls his lyrics from, touring, his latest self-titled album Mikey Wax, as well as other insider Wax secrets.

Keep an eye out for our post-show wrap of concert photos later this week.
