Three of Guerrilla Candy’s favorite local bands will sharing a bill Saturday at Columbia City Theatre and I want you to be there so you too can have your face melted off during this night of blood, sweat and rock ‘n’ roll.
SHIM, Whalebones and Hobosexual (who are also performing at Guerrilla Candy’s launch party at the High Dive Feb. 4 btw) all rock furry manes which they wear proudly, pack amplifiers that get cranked up well beyond 11 and are worth risking a case of tinnitus to see live. Also on the bill Saturday is Pipsisewah, a band I’ve never heard of but if they are good enough to share the stage with those three titans of loud and heavy goodness then they’re okay in my book.
