Damien Jurado’s Maraqopa is one of the best records of the year. But that’s something you likely already know since it’s been out for months now and I sang its praises back in May when it was one of the 10 must-own local albums of the year (so far).
Today Jurado released his first original Christmas song,” “Kalla Hus,” and it comes with its own video. The song was written in collaboration with local musician Kyle Zantos and the video was directed by Christopher Harrell. Check it out above.
