Some may wonder why I, a 51 year old single guy, would want to shot a band like the Dum Dum Girls. The answer is simple: it was the music of Kristin “Dee Dee” Gundred. Yeah that’s it, the music. Oh sure, the see-through top made for some exciting photos but these ladies are all about the music – a fact that even pasties could not conceal. The end result was a perfect blend of talent and beauty, a combination that’s hard to resist.
Opening the night at Neumos were local post punk metal band Grave Babies fronted by Danny Wahl and Portland’s Blouse lead by Charlie Hilton.
