It’s the final month of the year which means it’s also list season. Yes, I got an early start on my lists for this year, but there’s still plenty of list making to get done before Dec. 31.
There have been countless excellent albums from local artists released this year. And while I admittedly have not been paying as close attention to the local scene as I used to, I still pay some attention to what’s going on locally and have invested plenty of time in these five* must-own local rock records from 2024.
