Bumbershoot 2025: Weezer, Janelle Monae, Digable Planets, Bright Eyes and more

Bumbershoot unveiled its lineup this morning. The annual music and arts festival will feature a mixture of local favorites, national headliners, hometown talent and up-and-coming artists.

Topping the bill this year are Weezer, which will be performing its 1994 debut album, commonly known as “The Blue Album,” Norwegian pop star AURORA, R&B songstress Janelle Monae and locals Car Seat Headrest.

Other notable highlights include Digable Planets, which will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of “Blowout Comb,” Bright Eyes, The Budos Band, Tennis, Real Estate, The Linda Lindas, Sylvan Esso, Saba and Tank and the Bangas.

On the local side of things the lineup is loaded with area talent, as usual. Pretty Girls Make Graves, Murder City Devils, Great Grandpa, Small Paul, Megacat and Coffin Break are some of the local names worth noting. The last of which has to be one of the oldest acts on a relatively youthful bill.

Tickets for Bumbershoot cost $199 for a two-day pass or $125 for a single-day tickets. They can be purcahsed on Bumbershoot’s website.
