The 14th annual SMooCH concert was held at the Showbox Saturday. The event, which featured Bob Mould, Blondshell and the Brudi Brothers, raised $2.7 million for uncompensated care at Seattle’s Children’s Hospital.
SMooCH, which stands for Seattle Musicians for Children’s Hospital, was started by Pete and Brandy Nordstrom in 2012 after their son received life-saving care from the hospital. The Nordstroms underwrite the event so that 100 percent of the money raised supports uncompensated care at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Legendary photographer Charles Peterson was there to capture the event. Here’s what SMooCH 2025 looked like through the lens of his camera.

While the show is over, you can still contribute to the uncompensated care fund at Children’s Hospital by visiting the SMooCH website.
