Listen: Two new tracks from Golden Dogs

The Golden Dogs seem to be a happy group of Torontonians

Golden Dogs – As Long As You Like

Golden Dogs – Darkroom

A little while back I wrote about my band crush on Canadian pop-rockers Golden Dogs.

More specifically I wrote about how much I love their song “Yeah” and how I really should go back and give their album, In Three Parts, another listen. Unfortunately I haven’t gone back and listened to that album, but as reported previously the band has a new record coming out in April called Coat of Arms and that has me really, really excited.

Golden Dogs recently released two songs off that album (which is already available in Canada btw) for stateside consumption and if I didn’t already love this band before I definitely would be on track to at least being in “like” with this lovable group of Torontonians. Listen to the happiness of “As Long As You Like,” which I’m told features a singing drummer, and “Darkroom” for yourself and if you like what you hear go ahead and click on over to their website where you can stream Coat of Arms in its entirety for free.

  1. Yeah! Coat of Arms was produced by Carlin Nicholson & Mike O’Brien from another killer TO act, Zeus. Great songwriters, great producers.

    Nice catch, Travis!
