Mike McCready hopped on stage to perform with his pals in Soundgarden during a concert in LA over the weekend and one fan did a terrific job of capturing it on camera (in HD). Check out the video above — it gets really good around the 3:30 mark — and check out Soundgarden when they play the Gorge Saturday, Jul 30 ($65, 6 p.m.).
There are also reports that Jerry Cantrell was at the show and that Dave Grohl was in the crowd moshing during Soundgarden’s set. Seems like some of the more cool grunge-related stuff always tends to happen in LA.
Soundgarden may, or may not, have Mike McCready with them at the Gorge but they will have some other very special guests in the form of the Meat Puppets, Mastodon and Queens of the Stone Age.
