Check out WWU’s Pop Music Industry Conference this weekend

Saturday Western Washington University will be hosting its third annual Pop Music Industry Conference. The daylong event is targeted at anyone who wants to learn about what it is like to be involved in the music industry and wants to know what they should be doing if they are interested in a career in music.

Panels cover a wide variety topics ranging from what it’s like to work at a record label to how to stay relevant in broadcast radio to music blogging. I’ll b a presenter at the latter panel along with folks from Another Rainy Saturday, SSG Music and Absolute Punk.
