On this Election Day kick out the jams with Pearl Jam & Mudhoney

It’s Election Day, so kick out the jams motherfuckers!

Oh, and I should mention that the above clip is from Pearl Jam’s show in Missoula, Montana earlier this year to support Jeff Ament’s friend Sen. John Tester.

The band made the show avaialble as the first ever “Instant Classic” in its bootleg series today. You can download the entire 29-song show at a reduced price of $5 right now. Highlights include a rare performance of “Ghost,”  covers of “Fortunate Son,” “Know Your Rights,” the above “Kick Out the Jams” and lots more.

Parting Ways: Has Pearl Jam forgotten about Seattle?

In fact, I’m listening to it as I type and I can honestly say out of the 20 or so Pearl Jam bootlegs I own, this Montana show is near the top in terms of quality of recording and setlist. The band sounds great and they are fully forgiven for waiting more than three years to play a date in Seattle if they are going to sound like this during their next hometown show.

You can download the Missoula show here. The setlist is below.
