The Foo Fighters have spent the year supporting their excellent album “But Here We Are,” which is the band’s first release since the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins, and earlier today the band announced that support will continue into 2024 with a run of stadium shows.

The “Everything of Nothing” tour is coming to T-Mobile Park Aug. 18, 2024 with special guests The Pretenders and Alex G. The concert will be the band’s first in Seattle since christening Climate Pledge Arena in 2020.

Dave Grohl and his band are taking a page out of Robert Smith’s book to help combat ticket scalping for this tour. Tickets will only be available through mobile delivery and fans are only able to resell them for face value using an authorized fans-only ticket exchange through Ticketmaster. Earlier this year, The Cure successfully implemented a similar system to fight scalping and help keep tickets affordable for fans.

Tickets for Foo Fighters’ T-Mobile Park concert go on sale Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. PST.
